Build confidence & reduce anxiety in your dog
We're here to help your sensitive dog to relax and enjoy life a little more...
Dogs can experience anxiety for many reasons - past trauma, lack of early socialisation, or simply a naturally cautious temperament.
If your dog struggles with fear, meeting other dogs or people, separation anxiety, or indeed any type nervous behaviours, our specialist training programmes can help them to feel more confident and relaxed.
At the Well Heeled Dog Club, we offer tailored training solutions for anxious dogs, using positive reinforcement and expert techniques to help them overcome their fears at their own pace.

1-to-1 Confidence & Behaviour Training
Duration 1.5hrs. Cost £95
Ideal for: Nervous, anxious, or reactive dogs needing individual attention
From time-to-time people often need help with their dogs. It may be that you've recently taken on a rescue dog and you're not sure how s/he will behave in a group situation yet... Or maybe you've been struggling with one or two things, like socialisation, behaviour problems, recall training, separation issues or walking nicely on a lead? If so, then a 1-2-1 session can be really helpful, and it'll give you lots more confidence before joining a group training class.
By meeting up for a 1-2-1 session with Mike, the Club Trainer, he can get to know you and your dog, and you get to know him. If your dog struggles in group settings or has specific fears, a 1-to-1 training session with our expert trainer is the best place to start. Whether it’s separation anxiety, fear of other dogs, or general nervousness, we create a tailored plan to support your dog’s progress.
A 1-2-1 session will take about 1.5hrs, cost £95. Ideally all adults who are responsible for your dog's care would need to be present.
